About Us
 Our owner has been in the building construction industry over 20 years bringing with him an electrical license as well as the Maryland home improvement license #11257. He is a hands-on home builder, remodeler and renovator who shows up daily to his projects.
His favorite project is custom home building but he also has the masonry, concrete, electrical and plumbing skills to bring your outdoor living spaces alive with the ever increasingly popular outdoor kitchens, patio pavers, fire pits and more. If you need that garage or addition to your home, we can provide that too.

We take pride in building the highest quality home for our clients. We are different than the average homebuilder. Most homebuilders have almost all subcontractors doing the different trade work on their projects. Since we have experience and licensing in the concrete and electrical areas of the job, we can provide 80% of the job with in house employees. Most builders are just general contractors having subcontractors for almost all parts of the home building process. Since we do not have as many subcontractors we have more control of the home building process and we can pass on these savings on to you, the homeowner.
